Bellagio Italy
Bellagio is situated at the head of the promontory at the estremity of the vast mountainous.
Peninsula which divides the Como lake forming three branches to the west the Como one, to the east the Lecco one and to the north the Colico branch.
The promontory of Bellagio is juts out into the central basin of the lake. This position gives it an extraordinary variety of views and this is one of the reasons why Bellagio has always been known as the "Perla del Lario" - the Pearl of Lake Como.
The most ancient part of Bellagio occupies that area at the end of the promontory and is knows as the Borgo. Numerous little characteristic suburbs are scattered both along the coast and on the hill.
The apartments are situated on the hill, so it has a very central position for the life of the town!
